Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Product must be unused and in original packaging

Opened or used consumable products are not eligible for return
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:

We will:

✔ or issue a full refund
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

🏬 Retail Purchases
If you purchased HydroPooch from a retail store:
👉 Please return the product directly to the store where it was purchased
Retailers manage their own return policies.
📦 Wholesale / Retailer Policy
Damaged Goods
Retailers must report damaged shipments within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include:

quantity affected
We will:
✔ issue credit
✔ or replace damaged units
Returns
Due to the consumable nature of the product:
👉 All wholesale orders are final sale
We do not accept returns on:

unsold inventory

opened or unopened product
Exceptions
At our discretion, we may offer:
