Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify customers of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed once the order has been shipped.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before taxes and discounts).
Shipping Carriers
We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the most efficient delivery method for your order and location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
HydroPooch is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
HydroPooch is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
If you need assistance, our team is happy to help guide you through the process.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Wholesale Shipping
Wholesale orders may require additional processing time depending on order size and fulfillment requirements.
Shipping rates for wholesale orders are calculated at checkout or provided directly for larger or custom orders.
Due to the nature of wholesale shipments (including case quantities and pallet shipments), delivery timelines may vary and may exceed standard shipping estimates.
